1) Customer joins the service by Texting "JOIN xxxx" to 07797882901 (where xxxx is their name)
2) They receive a confirmation text back to say all is well.
3) Customer can then book jobs by sending a text to 07797882901 containing one of the followings:

BOOK House No. Postcode Time. If time is left out then it is for ASAP. Time can be in 12hr or 24hr format. For example:
BOOK 68 MK14 5BP (ASAP booking from No. 68 postcode MK14 5BP)
BOOK 68 MK14 5BP 10am (Pre-booking for 10am from No. 68 postcode MK14 5BP)
BOOK 68 MK14 5BP 8:20pm (Pre-booking for 8:20pm from No. 68 postcode MK14 5BP)
BOOK 68 MK14 5BP 23:15 (Pre-booking for 11:15pm from No. 68 postcode MK14 5BP)

BOOK Shortcut Time. Shortcut is the name of your shortcut. If time is left out then it is for ASAP. Time can be in 12hr or 24hr format. For example:
BOOK OPUS (ASAP booking from the Opus nightclub, assuming you have set this up in your shortcuts).
BOOK OPUS 8:20pm (Pre-booking for 8:20pm from the Opus nightclub, assuming you have set this up in your shortcuts).

Preferred Pickup Time. This is the name of a pickup setup by you against the user (in the Admin program, account screen for the *TEXTBOOKER* account). If time is left out then it is for ASAP. Time can be in 12hr or 24hr format. Note that the customer does not need to include the keyword "BOOK". For example:
HOME (ASAP booking from the customer's home)
HOME 8:20pm (Pre-booking for 8:20pm from the customer's home)

4) A confirmation text is then sent back to the customer.
5) If the customer wants to cancel the job then they should Text "CANCEL" to 07797882901
6) If the customer wants a status update then they should Text "STATUS" to 07797882901
